Refund policy

We hope you love your Iris&Romeo products. But if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we provide an exchange/refund for any product ordered from irisandromeo.com within 30 days of purchase. Just contact us at care@irisandromeo.com (don’t forget to include your order number!) with the products you'd like to exchange/return and we'll take it from there.

Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

*Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Gift Returns - If you would like to return products that you received as gifts, we require proof of purchase.
